Dual-source overlay and switching

Dichen DC1A686 combines two computers' video on one monitor and can switch to the main or secondary source alone.

Display modes vary by revision

Supports 1080p, 2K, 4K and ultrawide modes. Some revisions are advertised at approximately 600 Hz at 1080p, 360 Hz at 2K and 160 Hz at 4K. These are revision-dependent claims, not a guarantee for every unit or display configuration.

Full DisplayPort connection

Three DisplayPort 1.4 ports connect the main computer, secondary computer and monitor. Supports monitor-information passthrough and EDID-related settings; consult the revision's manual.

Optional capture function

Capture-equipped revisions use the CAPTURE USB-C port to capture the original or combined video. Connect to USB 3.0 or faster. Confirm this function is included in the revision you purchase.

Display, controls and updates

On-screen information includes input mode, overlay status and temperature. Physical buttons adjust keying strength and display mode. The DATA USB-C port is for debugging and firmware updates; it is not required for everyday overlay.
