Information you provide

When you request an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected products and, for physical products, the delivery address you enter. We do not collect card or bank details on this website.

Why we use it

We use this information to review your request, confirm product availability and shipping, contact you about the order and provide support. We do not use an order request as permission to send unrelated marketing messages.

Storage and sharing

Order records are available to authorized site administrators. We may share only the information needed with service providers involved in hosting, delivery or support. We do not sell customer information. We keep records only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.

PayPal processes PayPal payments. Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains; do not include private information in transaction notes.

Anonymous traffic counts

We also keep daily country or region totals using the hosting network's approximate country code. No IP address or precise location is saved in these totals. VPNs and proxies can affect accuracy. Country counts start after activation and use the same 90-day retention and next-eligible-view cleanup.

We keep anonymous daily page-view and entry-channel totals for 90 calendar days. We do not store IP addresses, visitor IDs, full URLs, search terms or free-text campaign parameters in these counts. No analytics cookies or third-party advertising trackers are used.

Admin, checkout, account and private payment links are excluded. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Counts begin after activation and do not identify unique visitors.

Expired daily counters are removed when the next eligible view is counted. They may remain stored while the site receives no eligible views.

We also count clicks on our official Telegram and WhatsApp support buttons, at most once per channel per page load. These are anonymous daily totals by page group and current-page source, not conversations, people or sales. No message contents are collected and no visitor is tracked across pages. The same private-page exclusions and DNT/GPC choices apply.

Support-click totals are kept for 90 calendar days. Older support-click totals are cleared on the next eligible support click and may remain during inactivity. Counts begin with the first eligible click; no historical clicks are reconstructed.
